In big businesses and corporations, there are human resources departments that plays a big role in the company. They handle a lot of necessary functions for the business and they are one of the key ingredients for a long-lasting company. As per, Human Resources are instrumental in providing labor law compliance, record keeping, hiring and training, compensation, relational assistance, and help with handling specific performance issues.

Aside from that, they are also responsible for strengthening the employer-employee relationship and is supported by a variety of functions within the human resources department. Now, let’s get a more detailed view about its different functions:

Labor Law Compliance simply means that the company itself should follow the rules and guidelines of the law of a specific country in terms of handling business with the help of the human resources managers.
